By accessing and navigating the SLIET Antriksha Vigyan Society (SAVS) website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, please refrain from using our web portal.

2. Academic Publications & Copyright

The research papers, cosmological models, telemetry data, and academic content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Faculty Head Dr. Ravi Kant Mishra and the SAVS Research Wing.

You may view, download, and quote these papers for non-commercial, personal study and research.
Commercial redistribution, republication, or claim of ownership over any papers or website assets is strictly prohibited.
Any scholarly citations of these works must reference the original publisher and author details as configured on this site.

3. Event Registration and Attendance

SAVS organizes stargazing observations, CanSat training, and water-rocket competitions. By registering for these events:

You agree to provide true and accurate information during Google Form registration.
You agree to follow safety protocols outlined by SAVS event coordinators. Misbehavior or failure to comply with supervisor directions will lead to immediate removal.
Damaging observatory telescopes, projection materials, or laboratory equipment during events will incur direct institutional penalties.

4. Meteorological Disclaimer

Astronomy and sky-watching events are strictly weather-dependent. SAVS reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify any observation session due to poor weather (rain, cloud cover, haze) or light pollution. The society is not responsible for any personal inconvenience caused by scheduling changes necessitated by atmospheric variables.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content (including coordinates, astronomical alerts, and publications) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SAVS does not guarantee uninterrupted website access. We are not liable for any discrepancies or damages arising from website technical issues or system downtime.
